1. LOADING BEARING FRAME
Reinforced concrete frame with slabs, beams, columns and walls transferring the loads to R.C. pad footing.
2. WALLING
a. External walls are constructed with 200mm thick hollow bricks.
b. Internal walls are constructed as described above with 100mm thick hollow bricks.
c. Outside sloping roofs are finished with locally made roof tiles.
3. PLASTERING
All internal surfaces are finished in three coats of plastering and painted.
All external surfaces are finished in three coats of plaster and painted with external quality paint.
4. FLOORING
Living rooms and Dining room: Quality ceramic tiles CYP 8/m2
Bedrooms: Laminate flooring (parquet type).
Kitchen: Quality ceramic tiles @ CYP 8/m2
Corridors: Quality ceramic tiles @ CYP 8/m2
Bathrooms: Quality ceramic tiles @ CYP 8/m2

5. WALL TILES

6. DOORS AND WINDOWS
a. All external doors and windows in aluminium frame with double-glazing.
b. All internal doors are made of MDF, finished with oak veneer.
c. The entrance door is made of solid wood.
7. WARDROBES
Built-in wardrobes have melamine finish internally. The door panels are made of painted MDF.
8. KITCHEN
Built-in units with melamine finish internally. The door panels are made of painted MDF.
9. SANITARY WARE/FITTINGS
Deluxe quality sanitary-ware is white porcelain and chrome-plated fittings.
10. BALUSTRADES
a. The veranda balustrades are made of metal (iron) and painted with oil-based paint.
b. Metal (iron) gates painted with oil based paint.
c. The front fencing is made of painted concrete walls, while side and rear by plastic coated metal mesh.
11. PLUMBING/DRAINAGE
a. Cold water installation includes a one ton capacity galvanized storage tank with water pressurised unit and the water pipes are made of P.V.C. There are two external water taps in the garden connected directly to the town water supply.
b. The pipes for the hot water installation are made of P.V.C. and the system includes an electric boiler of 20 gallons capacity.
c. All drainage pipes are made of P.V.C.
d. Solar heating system.
12. ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION
Includes adequate number of lighting points, power points, T.V. points, bell and cooker control.
13. HEAT PUMP SPLIT / AIRCONDITION INSTALLATION / HEATING PROVISION ONLY
Includes installation of refrigeration supply and drainage pipes as well as provision of power supply.
14. FIRE PLACE - PROVISION ONLY
Designed area for installation of fire place with flue and chimney provision.
15. OPTIONAL FACILITIES
